What does innovation mean to you?
Innovation, to me, means daring to see beyond the norm and challenging established models by working together and co‑creating new ways that truly serve people, places, and the planet. It’s not just about new ideas, but about turning collaboration and creativity into tangible change that leaves systems stronger and more resilient.
What do you believe is the most important capability for companies to thrive in the economy of tomorrow?
I think it's really important for companies to work cross boarders and cross-sectors. Its the ability to collaborate and embrace openness, authenticity and find the balance between economic growth with social and environmental regeneration.
How can we leverage our collective strength to create a more prosperous future?
By breaking down silos and building on genuine partnership that has a win win situation. When we have a shared goals we can build on and align our diverse skills, resources and visions towards them. When we work across sectors we unlock opportunities and innovation that would otherwise take longer or not be possible at all.
