What does innovation mean to you?
Innovation is solving meaningful problems in new ways—with empathy, agility, and purpose. It’s not just about novel ideas, but putting them into action to create measurable positive change, especially as we face global challenges like climate, equity, and digital transformation.
What do you believe is the most important capability for companies to thrive in the economy of tomorrow?
The key capability is resilient adaptability: the ability to continuously learn, experiment, pivot, and integrate emerging technologies, insights, and stakeholder needs. Organizations must embed lifelong learning and rapid iteration into their culture to stay ahead in a volatile, interconnected world.
How can we leverage our collective strength to create a more prosperous future?
By building cross-sector partnerships that unite education, business, government, and civil society. Sharing data, resources, and diverse perspectives enables us to co-create solutions that scale.
